Independent CNC turner
For expansion in our turning department we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague
function/activities:
As a CNC turner you will work completely independently within a team of 3 colleagues, with 6 machines. The dimensions of our products vary from very small (less than one millimeter) to medium sized (approx. 45 mm). We profile ourselves as a jobber where the emphasis is on (small-) serial production (single to 10,000+ pieces) of mono parts.
We ask:
- MBO level.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in turning with bar feed and driven tools.
- Programming experience with Fanuc controls.
- Well motivated and feel for “small” work.
- Must fit well into the “group”.
- Flexible to work in unmanned production.

- A full time (38 hours) job in day shift.

Independent CNC milling machine
For expansion in our turning department we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague
function/activities:
As a cnc Frezer you work completely independently within a team of 9 colleagues with 14 machines. The dimensions of our products vary from very small (less than one millimeter) to medium sized (approx. 70 mm). We profile ourselves as a jobber where the emphasis is on (small-) serial production (single to 10,000+ pieces) of mono parts.
We ask:
- MBO level.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in milling with 3-4-5 axis machines.
- Programming experience with Fanuc controls.
- Good motivation and feeling for “small” work.
- Must fit well in the “group”.
- Flexibly deployable.

Cooperating foreman / CNC turner
For expansion in our turning department we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague
function/activities:
As a foreman you are responsible for the control of 12 CNC turning machines with bar feed and powered tools. You make the basic planning and ensure that the machines and tools are maintained and the processes monitored. Goal 2021-2022 is a further implementation of our CAD / CAM package. You will also work as a CNC turner within this machine group.
We ask:
- HBO level.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in turning with bar feed and powered tools and experience in a management role.
- Programming experience with Fanuc controls.
- Experience with CAD/CAM (Edgecam preferred).
- Self-motivated well and able to motivate your immediate colleagues.
- Must fit well into the “group”.
- Flexible to work in unmanned production.

Head of Measuring Room
For expansion in our measurement capacity we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague
function/activities:
As Foreman you are responsible for the final inspection of our products. Support with measurement knowledge in production and management and registration of our measurement equipment.
We ask:
- HBO level.
- Minimum of a number of years’ experience in measurement technology.
- Experience with 3D visual and tactile measurement.
- Self-motivated and able to motivate your immediate colleagues.
- Must fit well in the “group”.
- Flexibly deployable for support in production.
